By booking a service or placing an order on JeiMonroe.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
All product sales are final sale. For exchanges or problems with your order, please contact us to submit an Exchange Request. Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery and are subject to return of the original product. Shipping for exchanges is not provided. To ensure the highest quality, we recommend contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions before placing an order.
Processing: Please allow up to 3 business days for processing and fulfillment before your order ships.
Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Please allow 3 to 8 business days to receive your order once it has shipped. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has left our warehouse. Please note, tracking information can take up to 48 hours to be updated after the order is shipped.
Please note, appointments for consultations are not secure until the initial deposit has been completed. Introductory Consultations may be cancelled within 24 hours of your appointment for a full refund of the deposit. Any appointments cancelled less than 24 hours are subject to a 20% non-refundable Cancellation Fee. Any subsequent payments are due in accordance with individual contract payment terms, to be agreed upon by both parties. Any payments received after the invoice due date, will incur a 1.5% Late Fee on every 5th working day thereafter. To cancel or reschedule a consultation, please use the link in your original confirmation email or contact us at email@example.com. We respect your privacy. We do not participate in third-party sharing.
All registrations for workshops are non-refundable, but are transferrable to a new workshop date or time. To reschedule a workshop, please reply to your confirmation email or contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
