Terms & Conditions

By booking a service or placing an order on, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All product sales are final sale. For exchanges or problems with your order, please contact us to submit an Exchange Request. Requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery and are subject to return of the original product. Shipping for exchanges is not provided. To ensure the highest quality, we recommend contacting us at with any questions before placing an order.

Processing: Please allow up to 5 business days for processing and fulfillment before your order ships.

Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS First-Class Mail. Please allow 3 to 8 business days to receive your order once it has shipped. Tracking information will be provided via email once your order has left our warehouse. Please note, tracking information can take up to 48 hours to be updated after the order is shipped.


Please note that all sessions and courses are non-refundable once services have been rendered. Live sessions are allowed a one-time courtesy reschedule. We recommend you contact us with any questions prior to booking any sessions or courses. 

Please note that all fashion hotline services are non-refundable unless a Style Fix confirmation is not initiated within 1hr. Requests that do not receive a response within 24hrs will be voided. A Style Fix that has been voided is non-refundable. We are not responsible for incorrect phone numbers entered or messages not received due to service connection issues by your mobile provider. Please contact us with any questions prior to submitting your request. Operation hours subject to change without notice. 

All brand and/or business consults require a deposit to begin services. Services are non-refundable once rendered. Deposits are non-refundable. We recommend you contact us with any questions prior to booking your consult.

All brand collaborations are bound to the terms and agreements of individual contract. 

A deposit is required for all speaking engagement bookings to be confirmed. Cancellation requests for deposit refunds by the client must be made in writing no less than 30 days prior to the booked event date. All cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the booked event date are non-refundable.
